Sergeant Gerald Farrow has been a member of the Sheriff's Office since 1994. His career with the Sheriff's Office began when the Sheriff wanted to gain better control of the vehicle maintenance and maintenance costs. Sergeant Farrow had spent nearly 15 years as a Master Sergeant, Maintenance Control NCO with The Ohio Army National Guard. This training and experience afforded him a good sound base for the job as Fleet Manager. Sergeant Farrow is a member of NAFA, Fleet Management Association, APWA, and American Public Works Association and is an ASE Certified Automotive Technician.
Sergeant Farrow spent 25 years as a Real Estate Appraiser before becoming a member of the Sheriff's Office. He and his wife Nancy have two sons, Jeremy and Todd, and have lived in Geauga County for over 30 years.
